How to Instructions

1. Locate the Extension

Begin by looking for our logo at the top right corner of your screen. Click on it to access the extension.

2. Ensure Extension Visibility

If you do not see the logo, click on the little puzzle piece icon on the side to reveal it. Then, click the pen icon to manage your extensions.

3. Pin the Extension

Make sure the extension is pinned so that it remains visible. Click on our extension to proceed.

4. Handle the Pop-up

If support widget dialog appears (like the Texas map below) close it. This only happened because of an active event.

5. Deauthorize the Extension

Now you should be able to see the Extension PopUp. Click on the "deauthorized" button. You will see a message stating that the extension has been deauthorized, which will clear it out for reauthorization.

6. Get the Extension

in the popup right side, click the text under the Authorization Code Box. This action will direct you to the appropriate quickbase page for obtaining the code. (Please log into Quickbase if your not already logged in.

7. Retrieve Your Code

Once on the page, get your version of the authorization code. Everyone gets their own authcode! (the one displayed is a non-working test code) Ensure you grab your actual code and copy it for use.

8. Input the Authorization Code

Return to your Amazon page and click on our extension once again. In the designated space underneath 'auth code', paste the code you copied.

9. Submit the Code

Make sure to submit the code to complete the reauthorization process. Once submitted, you will be notified that you are good to go.

10. Confirmation

Congratulations! You have now successfully reauthorized the Easy Book Prep extension.
